1. Late- if a client is 5-10 minutes late I usually can push hard and make up for that time without lowering the quality of their service. But if a client is 15+ minutes late we will have to reschedule, which can put you out a couple weeks. This is equivalent to a same day cancellation. 2. Same day cancellation- if a client cancels on the same day as their appointment they will be charged a last minute cancellation fee, which is half the service fee. 3. No call no show- if I have a no show the fee is the full price of service booked. So, calling and informing me is very much appreciated. I love and appreciate all of my sweet clients so much. I respect them and their time. I also understand that life happens and things come up (sickness/emergencies/etc.) ,and I'm very willing to work with you and work around your schedules! :) I hope all of my clients understand this policy and respect my reasonings.
